FAİR

Culturepark is a very important centre where various artistic and cultural activities have been held as well as İZMİR International Fair. Besides, it is the largest and most important green area in the city. Therefore, a lot of people visit there for relaxing and feeling relieved after a tiring day in the city.

Culturepark, with the total area of 421.000sq.m., is a centere of fair organization as well as being centere of art and cultural activities.

Culturepark seems to be a forest now. There are about 6000 trees and shrubs there.Generally, abundance of P.brutia and P.pinea species of Pinus is easily observed. In the main entrance there are Washingtonia filifera and in other places Pinus and Morus were planted. To make the ground grren Hedera helix was planted.
